I will say they provided my dumpster rental very quickly. I was in a rush to get some things handled after my grandmas passing, but I do with I researched other options beforehand. Overall, I am very disappointed with my experience. I had notified them that the forecast was going to rain, and asked if they could pick it up so the rain did not add weight. (There were a lot of pillows/blankets/linens ) so it was a valid concern for me. TWO weeks after pickup, they said my dumpster was overweight and charged an additional $358. No receipts, no proof was before and after weight - nothing. I can guarantee the rain added to the weight, disappointing. Not to mention - they charged me AND delivered without a signed contract. That feels very odd.

One of our contractors picked this company to hire for a renovation project we had. Everything was smooth in the beginning except we were told that our dumpster that was delivered on August 9th (we were done sooner than expected) exceeded the allowed weight limit. Our card on file was going to be charged additional due to the excess weight fee (that is on their contract). However on August 28th, after more than 2 weeks after they told us it was overweight about 250 lbs over our limit of 800 lbs (billing could take up to 3-4 weeks to process overcharges - not on the contract). We also got charged a processing fee for using our credit card about 4% not on the phone, but on the contract. This information for the transaction was not disclosed over the phone - had we known we would've requested an option for an ACH transfer or check.
Dumpster 4 Rental – Excellent Service and Affordable Pricing! I recently used Dumpster 4 Rental for a home renovation project, and I couldn't be happier with their service. The entire process was smooth from start to finish. The customer service team was friendly and helped me choose the right dumpster size for my needs. The delivery was on time, and the driver placed the dumpster exactly where I requested. Pickup was just as efficient, with no hidden fees or hassles. The pricing was very reasonable compared to other companies I researched. If you need a reliable dumpster rental service, I highly recommend Dumpster 4 Rental. They offer great customer service, affordable rates, and a hassle-free
