Painted our house. Overall the job was good, but communication was spotty. They did some carpentry work for us as well and that wasn’t great. However, they followed through and fixed those issues in a timely and professional manner. Good, local company.
I put my info in on Angie’s List and Durahome called less than an hour later and set up an estimate. They seemed knowledgeable and I was impressed by the timeliness of the call. When they came for the estimate the price seemed fine and I thought I’d have them do the project. From there I attempted many calls to Durahole to plan when they could come out to do the work. They were asking for a significant down-payment but couldn’t even answer the phone to let me know when the work might be done or even return a call. I felt as if they completely forgot that I existed. I eventually found another company that quoted me a better rate, and had the work done two weeks later without any hassle. My experience left me believing that Durahome is much more interested in making a sale than actually doing the work.
Durahome patched and painted my popcorn ceiling after water damage from the apartment upstairs. They did a great job repairing and blending the patches, and they gave me a great price within my budget, which I really appreciated. They were understanding and courteous, and did a great job. 100% satisfied! Thanks, guys!
