I was very fortunate to have found Arsalan Durrani after moving to Toronto. As my realtor he helped me find the right property in the right neighborhood for the right price. He guided me very well and explained how the housing market actually works and how to choose the right home and make reasonable offers when i fell too quickly for overpriced homes. I couldn't be happier that I chose Arsalan to be my realtor as he was always on my side working to make my house purchase as simple and successful as possible. The best part about Arsalan is that during the whole process, unlike other realtors out there who only focus on closing the deal to fill their pockets and not catering the buyer needs, Arsalan was always more focused on answering my questions, understanding my requirements of the right home, giving me good advice and finally finding and closing the right home that actually met all my needs. I would highly recommend Arsalan to any buyers or sellers out there who are looking for an honest, professional and client-focused realtor.

Arsalan is a very professional realtor. He is very kind, a quick responder and pays attention to details. He made us feel welcome in a new city by putting a lot of care and compassion in his work. He helped us find a perfect house in a very short period of time. Thank you for the care and efforts. Highly recommended!
