We’ve just moved into our new build with DW Homes and honestly couldn’t be happier with the result. The whole process from start to finish was smooth, professional, and well organised. Communication was great throughout, and the quality and attention to detail in the final build really stood out. Building a house can be stressful, but the DW Homes team made it feel easy and genuinely cared about getting things right. We’re absolutely stoked with our new home and would highly recommend DW Homes to anyone looking to build. Thanks again to the whole team for bringing it to life.

After purchasing a section in Patumahoe we decided to build with DW Homes. We preferred not to build but couldn’t find a suitable home for sale. Our experience with the team at DW Homes was very professional throughout the build. We found them to be very friendly and approachable. Building with DW Homes took all the stress away that comes with building a new home. The build was completed virtually on time and to a very high standard

We loved working with DW Homes. With their inhouse architect they were able to position a plan we liked on the section we were looking at to assist us visualise our dream before we purchased the land. DW Homes was able to customise a lot of the build with no additional costs. They also assisted with financing the build which made it possible for our dream to come true. The build only took 8 months, and we really like the quality of products and workmanship. We were tossing up over the usual building companies but felt DW was a much more personalise experience. We highly recommend working with them.
