My husband and I have been using Dynamic Cars for at least 8 years, if not more. Their customer service is superb; email confirmation of your reservation, a 24-hour reminder of your reservation, any queries or issues are handled promptly (not that we have had any but sometimes I forget the quote or reservation number) and always on time. And on the one or two occasions the driver might have gotten delayed in traffic, a phone call puts my mind at ease with an explanation and an updated ETA and they still get us to the airport well in time for our flight. The cars are always immaculately clean and spacious. The drivers are well dressed, clean shaven and very polite. We often enjoy the repartee that we strike up with them on our airport journeys, to the extent that we request the same driver, if he is available. Everyone on Team Dynamic Cars provides a really focused approach on serving their customer base and we are so loyal to their brand that we wouldn’t dream of using anyone else’s car service to the airport or otherwise. I’ve even learned a few short-cuts thanks to the knowledge of the drivers! 10 out of 10 for a great operation with really great people who care about the service they provide.

I can't recommend dynamic cars highly enough. We booked a few days prior to travel to the airport for an early morning flight. The owner called me the day before to say they had a lot of airport runs that morning, what time was our flight and not to worry but he might be 10 minutes late. He turned up on time. I had a terrible experience from a well known taxi app in the past. I pre ordered a taxi to go to the airport early in the morning. it took my money and confirmed my booking. In the morning the taxi didn't turn up. i couldn't find another taxi. i had to call my elderly mother in law at 4am who rushed me to gatwick and i just made the flight. Dynamic cars are a reliable and dependable company and i will now always use them for airport transfers.
