Looking for ear wax removal in London from someone you can trust? Ealing Hearing Centre is a small, independent practice run by two expert audiologists, a father and daughter who have spent more than 35 years in hearing care between them.
Our ear wax removal service starts with a proper conversation about your symptoms. Wax can cause blocked ears, ringing, muffled hearing and discomfort, but sometimes the cause is something different. We check carefully before we treat anything, so you only get the care you need.
We're part of Sidhu Hearing Solutions Ltd and we don't work for any hearing aid manufacturer. If we spot signs of hearing loss during your visit, we'll explain what it means and what your options are, including our hearing loss and hearing aids support. We'll never push you towards something you don't need.
Patients travel to us from across London, and many say they wish they'd come sooner. If your ears have felt blocked for a while, don't put it off.

I visited the Ealing Hearing Centre located in Northfields Avenue on Monday 22nd June 2026 . Although I actually went to have my right ear checked for a blocked ear and loss of hearing, the audiologist advised that both ears were in effect blocked with compacted wax. I was very happy with the service I received for getting both my ears cleaned of compacted wax and now my hearing has been restored to normal. I would thoroughly recommend the services of this Hearing Centre

An excellent service. Everything was explained about the test and what they were looking for.
Time was taken to find out about my symptoms and listen to the concerns I had about my hearing.
A full report was emailed to me promptly.
Will recommend Ealing Hearing Centre .

Ealing Hearing Centre was recommended to us by a good friend when my husband had a blocked ear for some time and was very uncomfortable for nearly a week. Sid was excellent – very professional and made him feel at ease straight away. He quickly sorted the wax build-up and explained everything clearly. We’re very grateful for the care and would highly recommend Ealing Hearing Centre.
