I highly recommend East Philly Plumbing and Heating. I messaged them on a Saturday asking about a water heater replacement, they got back to me almost immediately. Quoted a price of $1800 for the AO smith water heater that I was looking for. That included the water heater, installation, and removal of the old one. I asked them If they could do Tuesday, but they where not sure if they had someone available and said would Wednesday work. With the heater leaking I said that would be fine , but if there was anyway you could make Tuesday work that would be better. Well they got back to me and were able to make Tuesday work. The time was between 12-2pm, but received a call at 1030 saying they could come now if that worked. Tim crow and his assistant were here by 11am , very professional, and the work was completed within an hour. Everything was absolutely smooth and no issues whatsoever. The price quoted was the price I paid, and no extra surprises charges. Again i highly recommend this company as well as the technician Tim, and will definitely call them for any future needs I have. I had called another company first, they sent someone out and they quoted me $2900 for the same service, and the person they sent out couldn’t answer any of my questions and said he doesn’t install the heaters and doesn’t know much about water heaters lol. Definitely glad I called east Philly plumbing instead. If you are looking for a fast , no hassle plumber definitely call them.

East Philly Plumbing was at my house within 24 hours of booking the appointment. They kept me updated straight up to the arrival of the plumber Mike and his assistant. They were both professional and very informative of the work they were doing. They showed me how to change my water filters so that I could do it myself, a special request honored. They cleared a bathroom sink clog and put in a new switch valve in my shower fixture. They left everything in a clean and orderly manner It was very easy to schedule, have the work done to my satisfaction and in a timely manner. The work was done in under 2 hours. I highly recommend East Philly plumbing for all your plumbing and heating needs.

They replaced a water heater on 6/12 and had them clear out a sewer line on 6/19. On both occasions the response was excellent. They explained in detail what needed to be done and an upfront estimate. After the completion of the work, they reviewed everything with us. I highly recommend them and would definitely use them for any future plumbing issues. Note: The amount I paid as noted below was for both services and was cheaper then any other plumber quoted.
