Absolutely EVERYTHING you want from start to finish! Excellent customer service, friendly, relatable, open and honest, with fantastic communication. The quote and initial planning phase was seamless and executed professionally. Organising a date was painless and very accomodating, as we had to movd the day a couple of times, could not be more obliging. After a few quotes, ELS was the most competitive and personality does sell, so doing business with Jesus was an easy choice, genuinely someone you want around doing some work for the morning or afternoon. The installation was quick and efficient, no issues at all (to date) and all the work carried out in line with NHBC requirements, good quality material used. The cleanup was spot on, hoovering and wiping down all surfaces left it cleaner than they found it. We had the central strip of our loft raised and boarded, with LED lighting and alluminium ladder. The space is incredible and a great platform 😉 for any other work in the future. You may want to upgrade the lighting and ladder down the line as a preference and ELS will be able to finish your eaves / other areas. ELS are very forward about aftercare and check in on you a few days later and while not necessary currently, they would come back to resolve any issues that might occur. Amazing service from the team! Incredibly helpful from the first interaction. We actually had another company refuse to do it because of the tricky layout of our attic but they explained everything and advised us well. The finished job was outstanding and we are very happy with it!! 100% recommend to anyone
