! NO STAR RATING ! (added star to post this) DIS-HONEST BUSINESS: USED Floor Models SOLD as NEW !!! CAUTION: DO NOT spend your hard-earned money here!! TRUST US as we don’t want you to make the same mistake we did !! This business engages in deceptive bait-and-switch tactics and treats customers with blatant disrespect. We purchased what was promised to be brand-new warehouse stock after seeing the used showroom floor models in-store. Instead, they delivered the used showroom floor models knowing that we PAID FOR BRAND NEW FURNITURE after making us wait two weeks!! We realized this after the furniture was delivered and we went to enjoy our new purchases. We noticed that most of the furniture came with severe defects: * Kitchen Set: Delivered with dents, paint chips, and discolouration. Customer service gaslit us, argued with us, and ultimately refused to replace the set—only changing two chair legs. There are still chips, dents & dis-colouration on our chairs & table. * Bedroom Suite: The integrated headboard lamps that we were excited to use & is one of the main reasons we chose this suite have never functioned properly and are completely useless. We then spent more money & time to go & purchase 2 night lamps elsewhere after this to make up for it. * Couch: The backing is structurally weak, threading along the seam was coming un-done, and parts of the decorative trim fell off within months. Furthermore, the sales staff were unprofessional, actively excluding us by speaking in another language right in front of us during our visit straight through to our financial transaction. IGNORANT & SHADY! When we called immediately to report issues with the furniture, we were met with hostility and denial which consisted of gaslighting. JUST UN-REAL & UN-PROFESSIONAL! The owners/manager repeatedly begged us for an online review, so here it is: !! TRUST US !! DO NOT SPEND YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY HERE as THEY ARE SCAMMERS & have NO RESPECT for fellow Canadians & other nationalities that live here & want to make purchases for their homes. Learn how to run a proper & professional business in Canada & under our rules not your own “made up” ones! To potential customers, PLEASE take your business & money elsewhere to a retailer that operates with honesty, morals & basic respect for paying consumers. Your family can find a better retailer with good product for a good price close by & one that may also offer monthly payment options for your convenience. The staff would rather speak in their native tongue when doing business transactions with English speaking customers. Also, the high star reviews on here are more than likely FAKE & posted by their friends/family because they DO NOT provide 4-5 star rating service or product here!! The other low star rating reviews on here are also a testimony to what we’re speaking of & experienced. Just scroll through ……. & Once Again, TRUST US!!

I recently received excellent customer service and was very impressed with the experience. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and professional from the moment I arrived. They listened carefully to my needs, answered my questions clearly, and provided prompt assistance. The service was efficient, and they made sure I was satisfied before I left. Their positive attitude, patience, and willingness to help made me feel valued as a customer. Overall, I had a great experience and would highly recommend this business to others. Excellent customer service like this builds trust and encourages customers to return.
