Best service ever! I went in for pelvic floor PT...I didn't even know that was a thing! But they have a therapist (Jessica) who is trained to work with you to build those muscles. Everyone is knowledgeable and professional, and they always consider privacy since it can be more personal. I've been going since May, and I no longer have to cross my legs when I sneeze. It sounds funny, but really, I can't my believe the difference. It's more than kegals, and has built so many muscles that all contribute to the pelvic floor. I am SO thankful to have this service in Ephraim! Ladies, go! While it's common (after having kids) to feel like you're leaking when you run/sneeze/cough/jump, it doesn't have to be normal.
