The service is very good. When ever we call Arshan sir for a lift related issue, we get a solution immediately.
Update (May 2026): A 50/50 Experience – World-Class German Lift Ruined by Horrendous Indian Service. After a deeply exhausting journey involving endless delays, hidden charges, and legal notices, my lift was finally installed in May. This is an honest, itemized review for prospective buyers. I specifically chose this because it is the ThyssenKrupp (TK Elevator) H300 model—a globally accepted, top-tier home lift utilizing advanced gearless technology. The physical product is flawless, but the company’s execution is completely broken. Elite elevator is actually selling the German ThyssenKrupp H300 : Solid German Engineering. THE BOOKING-TO-INSTALLATION NIGHTMARE The entire process from booking to installation was a stressful horror show driven by deceptive sales tactics and administrative incompetence. It started with an aggressive push for a Rs 1.5 Lac booking amount just to freeze a price under the false pretense of imminent hikes and a promised 90-day delivery timeline. However, they demand 50% payment just to freeze drawings with absolutely no committed delivery date, eventually forcing you into a corner where you must pay 100% upfront before the lift even leaves their factory. Once they had my money, the harassment and structural mess began: their engineering team altered finalized drawings on-site to suddenly demand more headroom and structural core cutting, while their recommended shaft vendor, Mr. Kapil, endlessly stalled work despite being paid in advance. To make matters worse, their accounts team absurdly locked delivery at the final hour by demanding a commercial business GST certificate for an end-consumer residential home lift. ITEMIZED COST BREAKDOWN * Initial Base Quote: Rs 27 Lacs (for a G+3). * The Hidden Extras: Rs 5.5 Lacs for the metal shaft; Rs 6 Lacs for extensive civil work/structural core cutting; significant extra out-of-pocket costs for a machine room, neutral grounding, heavy electricals, a servo stabilizer, and an inverter backup. Net Final Cost: Approximately Rs 40 Lacs (which aligns with the global $45k–$55k USD cost for an H300, but Elite hides these costs during the sales pitch). PROS AND CONS PROS (The Product - 5/5): * World-Class Engineering: The ThyssenKrupp gearless drive system is whisper-quiet, incredibly smooth, and highly energy-efficient. * Lifetime Warranty: The core motor comes with a lifetime warranty for long-term peace of mind. * Premium Aesthetics: The cabin interiors are absolutely beautiful, sleek, and look far superior to local competitors. * Sleek Interface: Features a modern integrated LED display panel (though it only displays basic lift info and cannot play custom videos/audio). CONS (The Service & Company - 1/5): * Deceptive Pricing: They bait you with a Rs 27 Lacs quote while hiding Rs 13+ Lacs in mandatory infrastructure costs. * Exorbitant Maintenance: The mandatory Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) is extremely steep, costing roughly 10% of the lift value annually. * Abysmal Customer Support: Dealing with regional staff (Pradesh) and customer care (Arshan) is entirely unhelpful. There is no senior management escalation matrix. * Zero Emergency Service: Despite premium AMC charges, there is no emergency breakdown team. Resolution takes a minimum of 24 hours if you get stuck or face an issue. PRO-TIP FOR PROSPECTIVE BUYERS If you want the ThyssenKrupp H300 hardware, protect yourself before signing: 1. Get an All-Inclusive Quote: Demand a contractually binding price that includes the shaft, civil work, core cutting, stabilizers, and inverter before paying a booking amount. 2. Negotiate Milestones: Strongly refuse 100% upfront payment. Link your financial milestones strictly to delivery-at-site and final handover. 3. Lock in the AMC: Negotiate the steep 10% AMC rate down in writing before finalizing the purchase. Final Verdict: The product itself is a masterpiece, but the installation and service journey is a complete horror show. Proceed only if you have a heavily padded budget and the patience to aggressively micromanage their team.
