I requested a PDF document from your tax office and made it clear that the matter was urgent. Despite that, I sent separate messages to two different people. I was told that the document would be sent in the afternoon, but I never received any response. I also called multiple times, but my calls were not answered. Furthermore, I went to your office on Wednesday at 11:30 AM, only to find it closed. I was then told that the office would reopen in the afternoon. Because the requested PDF was not provided on time, an important transaction of mine was canceled. If the matter had not been important, I would not have repeatedly followed up the same day and again the following day. As of now, I have neither received the document nor any response. I have paid $250 over the past two years for tax document services. Ignoring customers after payment has been received is completely unacceptable.
