Service was perfect throughout! Room had some wear issues and smelled damp but over all amazing value. Dinner and breakfast food was incredible. The 2 complimentary drinks per adult at happy hour was relaxing after a long drive. Will stay here again.
Staff are exceptional, service was astounding! Rooms could use some updates but overall they are good. Staff alone make it an amazing stay. Millie V is amazing and makes you feel welcome and like family. Mike throws down on the omelette!
We’ve been here for an hour and we are already impressed. The customer service is top tier. Ivy and the bar staff were very personable and energetic. They were welcoming giving recommendations and offering assistance if needed. They have a complimentary evening reception that feels full service. The layout of the hotel and our room is open, giving space for people to relax in comfort. The location of the hotel is also convenient as it’s close by to restaurants and stores. If we ever find ourselves in Tampa, the hotel will be a no brainer!
