Abir is who I communicated with at Emerson, and he was responsive, friendly, and fair on pricing. We communicated mostly through text which I appreciated, and they were able to help us with gutters and gutter guards for entire home including on a patio cover extension. He also the patio gutter drains underground behind the property to a pop up. We were pleased with the team’s work and will hire them again for future drainage needs. Thanks Abir!
My husband had left a legitimate review regarding our experience with this company and his review was removed. Interesting all 5 star reviews and his one star review was removed. This company recently installed French drains at our home. We were concerned about moving our hedges and were told that they were experienced and this should not be an issue. Half of our landscape that was moved has since died including our oldest cypress tree. We contacted Amir the project manager who text that they would take care of this and to send a plant list. Since then, there has been no email replies or text responses to a resolution and attempts to leave a review to share this with other consumers has been deleted. So rather than deal with this, the company is trying to prevent us from sharing this experience.
Amir and the team did an excellent job Installing new gutters on my home. Communication with Amir was flawless from start to finish of the job. I highly recommend Emerson
