Everyone that works for Encore is excellent. They took care of everything. My dishwasher had been leaking under the floor. I had no idea until water started coming up thru the transition strips between kitchen and living room. I recommend them to anyone and everyone. Happy on Lynnwood!!!
I called Encore after a pipe burst in my rental property in Mount Vernon, and I couldn’t have been happier with their response. They had someone onsite in less than an hour and immediately got to work remediating the damage. What I appreciated most was that they handled everything in-house, from the initial drying and mitigation to the pack-out and reconstruction. Having one company take care of the entire process made a stressful situation much easier to deal with. I also highly recommend Andrii for the reconstruction. He was great to work with when it came to selecting materials, discussing upgrades, and making sure everything was done right. His craftsmanship was excellent, and he took pride in the finished product. Overall, a great experience from start to finish. 5 stars, highly recommend Encore!
Had a great experience with Encore Construction after dealing with water damage in my home. They responded quickly, explained what needed to be done, and kept me updated throughout the whole process. Everyone was professional, respectful of the house, and did a great job getting everything cleaned up and repaired. The whole situation was stressful, but they made the process a lot easier. I’d definitely recommend Encore Construction to anyone dealing with water damage.
