Culinary Experience: The restaurant features an open kitchen with a live counter where guests can watch ingredients being grilled over the Irori. A live fish tank showcases fresh, seasonal seafood such as Ise lobsters, turban shells, and flounder. Premium Ingredients: The menu highlights regional specialties, including rare extra-large Mehikari (greeneyes), world-class Miyazaki Arita beef, Tsuma Jidori (local chicken), and fresh vegetables like Sadowara eggplant. Beverages: A signature highlight is the Japanese sake from Sentoku Shuzo, which is poured directly from a large wooden barrel for maximum flavor and aroma. Ambiance and Seating: The venue offers a variety of seating options, including counter seats, Horigotatsu (sunken seating), and floor chairs, accommodating solo diners, dates, business meetings, and banquets for up to 36 people. We visited late at night as two women, but they kindly accepted us. While the prices per dish are a bit higher than other izakayas, the ingredients are excellent, the cooking is meticulous, and everything was incredibly delicious. They have a wide selection of delicious-looking sake, and it's a place where you can slowly enjoy good sake and food. Even the complimentary soup was delicious, and the live icefish sashimi was a first-time experience. Thank you for the wonderful meal!

It's located right behind the art center, so it's easy to find. If you sit at the counter, you can watch the food being prepared while you wait! Every dish was delicious. They have a wide selection of shochu and sake, and they all go perfectly with the food, so I'd love to go again!
