Awesome store, and unlike the comments, felt very welcomed by the sales members. Went back 3 times - the store design is unlike any other store (love the staircase, choice of stone and finishings on the cabinetry), and the sales members were very knowledgable about the niche graphics/references. Love the brand and its creative direction and hope to be back soon.
I am a huge fan of the brand and was unsure of what to expect after reading the mixed Google reviews. Despite being very busy, the staff members were incredibly kind and helpful. I could not have asked for a better experience. I did not make a purchase this visit, but I will absolutely remember the experience and happily return with my business in the future
WORST shopping experience I've ever had!!! We were not greeted upon entry and the sales person had an incredibly pretentious air about him. He acted as though we were invisible (texting the entire time). And when we decided to leave (because we felt uncomfortable) he still said nothing.. not even goodbye It's really disappointing because it's one of my my favourite brands, but this guy completely ruined my experience. Dont waste your time!!
