This firm is grossly mishandling the payout of the Zinus Mattress Settlement. They send vague email updates with erroneous wording such as very near future regarding when claimants will receive their payouts. They ignore requests for updates via email and phone calls are answered with " we don't know when" answers. They've had the settlement funds for months. Last update in June promised an email would be sent on the very near future regarding payment options and net settlement amounts. In legal terms, very near future is within 24 to 48 hours. It's been another month with zero payment to claiments. They have no respect for their clients. Times are tough and these funds would help out a lot of people. Nothing but crickets from ELG.

These people wasted nearly two years of my time before dropping me due to their inability to mail documents to me in CA. There are a lot of lawyers out there who are capable of using the USPS. Find one of them before you waste years of your life on incompetence. Turns out I wasn't dropped. Erroneous threatening email, apparently. They’re big on sending out misleading emails. I signed with ELG because they came across as very professional. I don't know who keeps sending out misleading emails from ELG, but they ought to receive some training about how to not threaten clients.

I take on their services for the PFAS foam. Go through all their crap and months later I get a call saying I dont qualify. These absolute rock stars get my wrong files! Then argue with me about a gall bladder removal saying it doesn't qualify. Of course it wouldn't, I got a colonoscopy for the ulcerative colitis. The dude just kept saying I didn't qualify. Stop having parrots call clients that have ZERO common sense.
