My daughter's Kia Soul was damaged in a recent hail storm in Sherman. I found Extreme Hail & Collision's website and called them on Friday evening, leaving a message. To my surprise, Shanna called me back right away — even though she was out of town — and helped set up an appointment to have the car evaluated on Saturday. Adrian was very kind and professional; he quickly identified damage on the roof that we hadn’t even noticed. Their service is truly top-notch. My daughter was able to get a rental car immediately, and the repair process was very smooth — they handled all communication with the insurance company for us. The repair work was of the highest quality; they even fixed a surface scratch that wasn’t caused by the hail. All dents are completely gone, and the car looks brand new! I highly recommend Extreme Hail & Collision!
