I can’t speak to the quality of the rooms, but the night desk woman is a hero. I’m so sad I didn’t get her name. Through a series of unfortunate events we arrived at Fairfield inn at 2am after our flight got canceled. We had booked a reservation through Marriott app but for the incorrect day. She helped us cancel the reservation but sadly they had no rooms available. As we sat in the lobby calling other hotels in vain trying to find a room she not only gave us some suggestions but also called other hotels herself, ultimately finding us a room nearby and saving us from going back to the airport and sleeping in baggage claim. I will remember her kindness forever!

Such a cozy and comfortable stay, with the added bonus of being Muslim-friendly. The service was excellent and the staff were exceptionally kind and accommodating. They even came to my rescue when I accidentally turned the waffle station into a mini disaster. Little acts of kindness like this make all the difference. Definitely one of the most pleasant hotel experiences I’ve had. Will surely come back if I’m in New York again! Much love from Malaysia 🇲🇾💖

Jimmy (the airport shuttle driver from the hotel) was so kind and the perfect person to meet when we first arrived. He was sweet, skilled and very knowledgeable. He also helped bring in our luggage (we had a lot!) He gave a great first impression of the hotel. Tameka (in the breakfast dining area) was very kind as well. She was enjoyable to be around and has a sweet spirit. She made sure things were clean, hot and looked nice. The breakfast had great variety, suitable for gluten free, high protein and fun sugary things too. The room itself was clean and felt safe, I would stay again.
