I have received treatment at Fairways Physio Bham for long term damage from 3 whiplash injuries, and many hours of sitting at computers, and total lack of exercise. From my own experience, the assessment by any of the team members , of what currently is causing you problems is effective . Currently Bham site team member Deep, always manages to tell me where i am hurting better than I can judge myself. Recently Deep helped me progress from being unable to straighten my back , walking only with effort and pain, to upright. Ongoing treatment is trying to rectify a lifetime of poor self maintenance. I had been struggling with shoulder pain for a few weeks having injured it doing resistance training at the gym. The cause of the pain was diagnosed on my first visit to the physio and suggested treatment discussed and agreed. The treatment included joint mobilization, ultrasound and manetic therapy. As a deep tissue injury, several visits were required and I not only felt the pain dissipating with each visit, but the movement around the injury was also increasing. I highly recommend Fairways as they've allowed me to return to the gym as well as the golf course and cycle rides with increased confidence and pain-free. The recommended exercises are also having a positive effect in strengthening the area to reduce the chance of future injury to the shoulder.

Found Fairways physio when looking for a physio as hurt my knee and had over three weeks of painkillers without my knee getting better. Was able to use Fairways as AXA PP approved.
