I called their two phone numbers and they will not answer the phone. I left them messages and they will not answer. I have no clue why I have a judgment against me. I will have to go to the court and let them know this attorney office refuses to answer their phone.
Has a habit of sending documents to former addresses to avoid motions. Improper service. Will be seeking relief for Improper service. Careless with personal information. Neighbor recieved and open my documents. Sent to wrong address. Neighbor at least gave it to me a little late.
Yet another debt collector masquerading as a law firm. Who doesn't even take the time to serve court papers to the individual that they're trying to sue. Then all of a sudden I get a wage garnishment letter in the mail when I never even knew it went to court. Was never even given an opportunity to settle. Edit. To respond to your response if you want me to contact you serve me properly and do your job properly. Wouldn't have a problem at that point
