I don't know why you need to announce you are a women owned broker while the fact is that most of the drivers we see everyday on the road are men. Linking a gender topic to a logistics industry just seems to be strange. It does not assign you any special meaning so while you cold call our office, we felt like you or your team must experience something that you feel better by saying "we are women owned company". What does your director of Logistics mean in a freight brokerage company? At the end of the day, the only thing matters is operations itself.

We have handled in excess of 85,000 shipments in our 14 years history and have this one person posting something like this. The situation with this person was resolved and was a result of carrier damage, however, he chose not to post the matter was resolved. Our staff works hard everyday to provide quality service at a fair price for all parties. We regret we had this issue but resolved it to the customers satisfaction.
