This was my first experience ever getting any “work” done so to speak, and I truly could not be happier that I chose Fay! The entire staff is friendly, approachable, and thoughtful, you feel at ease from the moment you check-in and like you have friends looking out for you. Fay is literally an artist, and her level of precision, detail, and care is truly impressive. She really listens to you; I never once felt pressured, only supported and understood. My biggest concern personally was ending up not looking like myself, but instead I just look like the best version of myself every day, which is exactly what I hoped for. Trusting your aesthetician is a non-negotiable, and Fay and her staff made me feel comfortable from the very beginning. If you are reading this and thinking about it, just do it. You won’t regret it!

I couldn’t recommend Fay more! She was so sweet (as well as everyone in the office) and knowledgeable and really took the time to listen to my concerns and talk me through all of her suggestions. I wasn’t loving my Botox results before going to her, but I absolutely love them now and will definitely be going back!

She also has such a calming presence that immediately makes you feel comfortable and confident in her hands. One thing I really love and respect about her is that she would never recommend or perform a procedure if she genuinely feels you don’t need it, which is rare these days.
