I visited your salon recently and had a really good experience. The service was great, and I especially loved the spa — the work was amazing. However, I noticed one thing that could be improved. Whenever we visit again, there always seems to be new staff, which feels a bit concerning. I would kindly suggest that the management, especially the manager, maintain a more positive and respectful environment with the staff. Overall, the service and quality were excellent. If the management improves a little, the experience will become even better.
Preferred female pedicurists for my husband and I, visiting from Canada, and they were unable to accommodate this request despite having an appointment made at 7:30. Nowhere is this written on their webpage or inside. Jis and does not want men touching him
