Purchased a runner for the hall from Fenston Carter and it looks great. Friends have also commented on the quality. The service from them is first class, would not hesitate using them again in future.

Amazing quality runner! We ordered a sisal stair runner with black edging which arrived promptly and was of a very high quality, especially for the price. The team have been very helpful in assisting with a further request for a landing carpet as well as being very responsive to any questions or queries that I have had. The customer service has been 10/10, keeping me updated with the progress of the order and follow up after I had received the order. I would not hesitate to use Fenston Carter again for any other orders and I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a runner/carpet!

I had winding stair runner made to order for an open staircase. Delighted with the outcome. Customer service was great too.
