Unsere drei gemütlich eingerichteten Ferienwohnungen eignen sich für Familien, Paare, Seniorinnen und Senioren, Menschen mit eingeschränkter Mobilität sowie Gäste, die ihren Urlaub gemeinsam mit ihrem Haustier verbringen möchten. Eine Wohnung wurde speziell für Rollstuhlfahrer und eine Begleitperson ausgestattet. Die ruhige Lage, die persönliche Betreuung durch Anna und Herbert sowie die Nähe zum Edlesberger Teich machen unsere Unterkunft zum idealen Ausgangspunkt für Erholung, Naturerlebnisse und Ausflüge in Niederösterreich. Bei uns stehen Herzlichkeit, Komfort und ein möglichst unbeschwerter Urlaub für alle Gäste im Mittelpunkt.
Wonderful hosts! Everything was very clean and beautifully furnished. There was more than enough crockery and dishes for cooking. Easily accessible with private parking, and even a small terrace and garden. Thank you for the great stay :)
We didn't regret our booking with Anna and Herbert from August 30th to September 13th, 2026. We received a very warm welcome. There was nothing to complain about regarding the furnishings and equipment in apartment 2. There was plenty of crockery and everything else we needed. The stormy evenings were especially enjoyable. We felt incredibly comfortable at Anna and Herbert's place from the very first moment. ❤️ The apartment is beautiful and furnished with so much attention to detail – you can immediately tell how much heart and soul went into it. It truly lacks nothing, and you feel right at home. We would especially like to thank Anna and Herbert for their warm hospitality. They are both incredibly friendly, attentive, and helpful, and contributed to making our stay truly special. We can absolutely recommend this accommodation for a holiday with a dog. 🐾 Our four-legged friends were warmly welcomed, and the surrounding area, with its many walking and hiking opportunities, is simply perfect for dogs. In fact, we were not only delighted with the apartment, but also with Gutenbrunn and the entire surrounding area. Everywhere we went, we met exceptionally friendly, helpful, and hospitable people. The beautiful Waldviertel region, with its nature, forests, and stunning landscape, truly enchanted us. 🌲❤️ We thoroughly enjoyed our time, are taking home many wonderful memories, and would love to come back again!
