FiestaPaperPROVerified business?

A deplorable experience. Upon arriving at the entrance, a warehouse worker shouted at me, yelling, "Boss, boss, you can't come in!" Extremely rude to a potential customer who had come to ask a question. There was no visible signage, perhaps some stickers that were red a decade ago but are now completely invisible. They told me to speak to the office, I rang the intercom, and it seemed the company wasn't doing anything because they apparently didn't offer any of the packaging options I asked about. The young woman who answered seemed more interested in getting rid of me because it was only 20 minutes before closing time than in making a sale or starting a business relationship. I wouldn't go back even in my dreams.

I placed an order last week (Tuesday) and received it on Friday. There was a minor issue, but they resolved it very quickly. I will definitely order again.

Hello, I bought gift wrap for Christmas and received it very quickly. The wrapping paper is beautiful and of good quality. Customer service via WhatsApp was very fast and helpful. A pleasant experience.
