Our experience with FirePro has been extremely disappointing. For more than a month, we’ve been trying to get a straightforward fire panel issue resolved so we can complete a Fire Marshal walkthrough and move into our space. Instead of real progress, it’s been constant delays and the issue being pushed down the road. After a quick visit from a technician on October 27, there was no follow-through and no meaningful updates. Even after the job was officially approved by property management, FirePro still failed to get anything scheduled in a reasonable timeframe. Every step feels like a stall. This ongoing delay has created a significant operational and financial impact on our business. We are fully ready to proceed, and the Fire Marshal is ready, but we remain stuck entirely because FirePro hasn’t resolved what should be a routine service call. If timely action and accountability matter to you or your business, I would look elsewhere.
