My first experience with First Choice used auto parts did not work out. But thanks to Kevin Jr 's help it went smoothly. Kevin was knowledgeable/efficient and friendly. Thnx to Kevin's first impression i will definitely revisit for future needs.
I couldn't find the part I needed in my city and began a mad search for a reputable parts supplier on line. Out of the dozens that I called I found your company to be the most affordable, straight forward and knowledgeable about their inventory. Alex was extremely helpful and detailed with instructions for processing and shipping my part. It came earlier than expected which was so appreciated since we were without a vehicle for an entire week. I recommended your company to every mechanic I know in Portland.
First Choice is my first choice. They helped me find very hard to get parts for my 24 year old truck. Jaden was awesome! He was very patient and professional. He made sure I was getting the correct parts. He always follows up and is very respectful and pleasant to deal with.
