An all round great experience. The bidding process was easy, there is a very detailed description of the item and the watch I purchased was exactly as described. I had a small concern which was rectified immediately and without fuss. Very professional business that you can use with confidence.
I have bought a few things through first state but the last item was very disappointing. The photos did not reflect the extent of the wear/damage to the bag and if they had been accurate I would not have purchased the item. I was expecting wear and tear but the photos did not show a significant issue with the leather on both sides. When you are only able to rely on photos this is not good enough and I have lost trust.
