I have made 3 purchases from FSA and am thrilled with each purchase - such great deals. The entire bidding process is user-friendly, and customer service is professional and quick. However, the last purchase was a designer handbag, and it arrived in a ripped, damaged box that had obviously been squashed, with no signature required - it was just left in the driveway. I've had to sign for the previous packages, which adds an extra layer of security. Thankfully, the bag was not damaged in any way - and I think this may have been the fault of the mail delivery company. Overall, I highly recommend this company.
