Excellent job. The new door looks good & has made a huge difference. The job was carried out very professionally, all rubbish removed, left very tidy and the standard of workmanship was first class. Very good communication from the initial quote to the fitting. No complaints & I would highly recommend Fair windows.

ReviewsFrom Google
*Faulty products and Small Claims Court—be very cautious* **My response to Flairs response to my TRUTHFUL review** 21/1/26 *FACT - Flair delivered faulty and damaged goods. Proven by their own component supplier. *FACT -All faults were reported as soon as they were found, well within the timeframe specified in their contract terms and conditions and prior to the installation of many of the windows and all of the doors. Proven in court. *FACT -My installer is an experienced double glazing window and conservatory fitter. *FACT- Flair were going to compensate me for the damaged goods until Ryan Lugg got involved. *You should not have written a dishonest response full of mistruths, Flair. Trying to disparage an honest customer is not a good look. but it is priceless proof of how you handle business. I won in court because i was truthful and factual. * * Ask yourself - Is this the type of company I want to do business with?* I strongly advise potential customers to consider how this company handles issues. What should have been simply "We are sorry. How can we put things right?" ended up in court. I purchased nine double-glazed windows and two sets of bi-fold doors; every single item arrived either faulty or damaged. While the windows were remade, it took many months for Flair to reimburse the additional labour costs I incurred. More concerningly, the director, Ryan Lugg, refused to compensate me for the damaged doors, claiming I had caused the damage myself! Ultimately, I successfully took Flair to the Small Claims Court to recover what I was owed. The process revealed the company's incredibly arrogant and dismissive attitude. As was noted during the legal process: a business is not only judged by its success but also how it acts when things go wrong. My Advice: If you receive faulty goods from Flair, exercise your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, immediately. Reject items of "unsatisfactory quality" for a refund or replacement rather than waiting for them to do the right thing.
Flair windows have changed all my 21 windows in 2 days and the standard of work is amazing. The installations guys were super professional and kept everything clean, attention to detail was great. Jack the sales and the admin team were very quick to answer all my questions professionally and efficiently. I am so happy with their windows, I have also ordered my new door with them.
