FloodSmartPROVerified business?

John and team did a great job restoring my basement ceiling and other places after a leak. Very responsive, flexible, and well versed in working with homeowners insurance claims.

10/10 Restoration service from start to finish! You know how one day you're young and carefree, and then the next thing you know you have a favorite grocery store and strong opinions about caulk? Well, I officially have a favorite restoration company now. When a cracked sewer pipe caused water damage in the dining/living room of a rental I manage, I needed help fast — and Flood Smart went above and beyond. I called on May 1, 2025 and their project manager, John, was at the property that same afternoon. He clearly explained every step, kept us informed throughout, and managed the entire process with professionalism and care. The crew took care of everything — damage removal, drying, drywall, repainting. John even met with my insurance agent to let him into the property when I and my tenant couldn’t, reinstalled an access panel, helped me coordinate with our plumber and tenant, and fixed a small flooring issue. No delays. No surprises. Just really good work and outstanding service. If you’re facing property damage and want to feel confident, supported, and stress-free, call Flood Smart first. They’ll be my first call every time — no question.

This experience truly exceeded my expectations ! From start to finish, they were efficient, clean, and incredibly precise in their work. The team was professional, respectful of the space, and clearly knew exactly what they were doing. They worked quickly without cutting corners and made a stressful situation so much easier to handle. If you’re dealing with flood or water damage, I highly recommend calling Flood Smart!!
