Floors ForLivingPROVerified business?

This is the second time we have worked with Floors for Living at two different locations. Both times it was a great experience. This most recent visit was to the New Territory in Sugar Land. Sam Bell was our sales person and he was patient and very helpful. There was no pressure just gave me a ton of help picking out a Porcelain tile. The install went very smoothly. I had a couple of concerns and contacted Sam and he assured me he would make sure the project was finished to my satisfaction. The install team was very nice and efficient. I can’t say enough about how pleased I am with the whole process. I highly recommend Floors for Living for carpet or tile as these are the two items purchased from them.

My experience was horrible & final job-Im not satisfied! My service start date for my floors was 10/15. I was told the week of install the product was not going to be on time. They finally came to install on 10/29. I constantly advised installer to close my doors that leads into the house & advised of the snakes in the neighborhood. My doors were left forever open! I don't know what they sprayed outside while working but now there is a white substance on my bushes and on the basketball goal that's not coming off. When Sara ( sales woman) sold the flooring/ stair install we were told we can paint the stair risers and white quarter round to match the white color already in our home before they installed the product. During install we were told no; It's not a good idea to paint before & we need to wait until after all is installed because blah blah blah. 😑 There was a waterproof sealant placed on the floor before tile was layed. However, no waterproof sealant was put on the floor under the fridge. Why? As we walk we can feel the uneven tile also. When the contractor stated they were finished with the job my husband and I expressed concerns with the quarter round. There are gaps between the wall and the quarter rounds that were put down. They advised us we need to call a carpenter to fix it. REALLY!!! Really... fix the work YOU just did? The contractors also told us they really don't know how to install quarter rounds and did not know why Floors for Living didn't send someone else. I also called our sales person Sara and advised her of this concern. She asked me to send her pictures and she could send Someone else out to fix the issue. Pictures were sent to her via text. I followed up with Sara via text to make sure she received the pictures, no response. I called her again and was sent to voice-mail with a text stating she'll call me back. Now- radio silence. I guess they have my money so no need to call me back right. I have added pictures of the "Finished" product. FYI... THE DIRT IS A PRODUCT OF THE INSTALL AND WAS ALL LEFT ON THE WALL JUST LIKE THAT!

Our salesperson, Don, was fantastic and patient with us as we worked through the process. We had the carpet and tile throughout our downstairs replaced with the wood-like tile. Our fireplace was also redone with stacked stone and new carpet in our bedroom. Everything was done timely and to perfection. We’re very pleased and highly recommend.
