Our journey began 8 years ago. My wife and I met in Mexico with no idea that we would begin a relationship several years later. As we became closer and fell in love we made the decision to get married. Starting the fiancé visa (K1) was intimidating. We thought it best to seek legal representation. Hello, I’m really disappointed and I believe this is related to discrimination because it has been 3 weeks since we paid $500 for Renata’s deportation case, and nobody has ever called us back to represent her or work on her case. If this were a Spanish person like you, I believe you would have taken this more seriously. You took the $500 and nothing has been done. We came to the office with her, you only took one paper from her, scanned it, and told us you would call her back, but you never did. We have called your office several times every day, and nobody answers or returns our calls. This is shameful, and I regret referring her aunt to your office because her aunt told me to return her $500 because I was the one who told her that your office could help Renata. Shame shame shame Thank you.
