Flora Plant On Chapel is a chill little spot with a really nice mix of plants and fresh flowers. The place feels warm and easygoing, and the staff are genuinely friendly without any pressure. They’ve also got lotto, which is a fun little extra when you’re already popping in. Whether you’re grabbing a plant, a bouquet, or just browsing, it’s a simple, pleasant stop on Chapel Street. 🌿💐✨
The lady working there made a mistake when calculating the total and charged me more than I should have paid, as she thought one of the items was more expensive than it actually was. She then suggested refunding the difference in cash, but kept the card processing fee. It's not about the amount itself, but the principle. The mistake was made on their side, yet I'm the one who has still ended up out of pocket. Nice plants though.
Absolutely amazing experience! The flowers were incredibly fresh and beautifully arranged. The staff were so friendly, helpful, and genuinely passionate about what they do. They helped me pick the perfect arrangement and it turned out even better than I imagined.
