I recently had a very disappointing experience with Flosys Pumps Pvt Ltd. I ordered a screw pump with a delivery date of January 14, 2025. However, I did not receive the proforma invoice until January 19th, 2025, indicating a significant delay. After making the advance payment as per the invoice, No one is Answering Calls or messages. As of today, January 24th, 2025, I still have not received the screw pump. This lack of communication and failure to deliver on their promises are extremely concerning. I strongly advise against dealing with this company.
