Professional, helpful and understanding tutor for the 2391 course. Going “back to school” felt hard but was made easy by Focus Training. Wouldn’t hesitate to use them again for future courses

I’ve really loved my time at this college so far. It’s an incredibly fun, welcoming, and supportive environment that makes coming in every day something to look forward to. The sense of community here is amazing — everyone is friendly, approachable, and genuinely encouraging. The staff truly make the experience exceptional. They’re not only knowledgeable and professional, but also caring and always willing to go the extra mile to help students succeed. I couldn’t ask for a better place to learn and grow.

Currently studying at this facility and cannot fault my experience so far. In the morning you are greated by the lovely ladies in the office Sarah and Lauren with big smiles to set you up for the day. My teacher Neal is a very friendly and informative person guiding me directly to success, as my exams have proven. My assessor Sam is a top bloke that is easy to talk to about work related things. All the staff here are lovely and just want to get you qualified and out there. 👍
