You could not pay me to order from this company again...First, I placed my order to ship with FedEx after being presented with about 8 different shipping options from USPS, UPS, & FedEx. I did this to alleviate any issues with shipping and to receive it faster, as USPS in my area isn't the most reliable. This is where the first of many issues began. They sent my order USPS even though I paid extra for FedEx. I called and asked why they would do that... their response was SHOCKING to say the least... they said "all orders come in as FedEx and we went with the cheapest option". I couldn't believe what I was hearing as an excuse/reason. If that were true, WHY NOT REACH OUT TO CONFIRM MY CHOICE?! Why wouldn't they write on their ordering page something similar to: "experiencing shipping selection issues, please specify which you selected in the order notes". Not rocket science, and that would alleviate people LITERALLY being ripped off by this company. Thankfully, they did refund the difference in shipping costs after I pushed back. So if they made that right, monetarily, why am I writing this review? Well, here's where things get interesting... The order I was supposed to receive was for food surface sanitizer. They sent me floor cleaner...okay, another mistake, again, no ones perfect and I wouldn't be writing a negative review. I called, told them about their mistake...So the replacement product they sent, after I informed them they sent the wrong item? Yeah, THEY SENT TO THE WRONG ADDRESS. They had my original order, with the correct address, and put the wrong one. Miraculously I saw it sitting outside my neighbors apartment, and caught it. So first, they ship via the wrong shipping type (I paid for FedEx, they shipped USPS), then sent the wrong item (floor cleaner instead of food contact surface sanitizer), then sent the correct replacement item to the wrong address (3 floors off)...This was all over 4gallons of sanitizer so I say without hesitation: I truly am scared for anyone who actually placed a large order with them. Do yourself the favor and STAY AWAY from Food Deals Supply, maybe give them time to actually get their act together.

Not a great experience, but it ended okay. I placed an order on their website. Eight days later- no shipping notification. I checked the website; my order no longer exists. Calling the shop, I reached an uninterested woman and was transferred to a man who informed me that my order was cancelled because they couldn't find my product. He says I should have gotten an email "yesterday or this morning"- No email. So, I checked my credit card, and I hadn't been refunded, either. So, I filed a dispute and left a review here. The owner, Spyros, responded apologetically, telling me that he'd fix the problem. And, to his credit, he did. Thank you!
