It’s probably not normal that I was sad about my PT being over but I truly had such an amazing experience here! Katarina was my therapist and I absolutely loved her!! She is extremely knowledgeable and so nice!!! She made PT as fun as it possibly could be!! Thank you Katarina, I hope I get to see you again soon in a different setting, of course! Lol!
I used Forever Fit Physical Therapy for a running injury after nursing it along for about a year, and within 2 months, I am back to running and slowly rebuilding the mileage. The Columbia location is well-maintained, the staff is great, and everyone was accommodating when school got canceled or I had to shift things around for work. Compared to a normal doctor's office and all the difficulties getting appointments, this was a very nice change.
Though I went to Forever Fit because I was in pain, I was very pleased with my experience there! Scheduling was convenient and easy, the PTs were delightful and knowledgeable, and I was able to learn exercises to help alleviate (and end) my pain. I highly recommend Forever Fit to anyone who needs PT!
