I have been working with Kathryn, Ashley, and Megan for about a month now and I am very impressed. They make the exercises easy to understand, they are very encouraging, and they care about my situation. I trust their guidance and feel like in time, I'll be pain free for the first time in my life.
Working with Megan was such a positive experience. She's incredibly knowledgeable, but what stood out to me most was how easy she was to talk to. From the beginning, she made me feel comfortable and took the time to answer my questions without ever making me feel rushed. Over time, sessions almost felt like catching up with a friend, which made something that could have been stressful feel much more manageable. She has a way of putting people at ease while still being thoughtful and thorough in her care. I'm so thankful I had Megan as my physical therapist. She's excellent at what she does and a genuinely wonderful person. Thank you, Megan!
I love this place! I used to go to the Rockville location and see another therapist at first, then I started seeing Kathryn Johnson. She is AMAZING! So AMAZING that I now travel from Germantown to Frederick just because of her (her location has changed). She is very very knowledgeable of every thing. I see her for multiple reasons. Not only is she always professional, she makes you feel comfortable, and knows what you’re referring to regardless of your diagnosis or your physical therapy issue. 5 star treatment, Forever Fit Physical Therapy.
