I had an outstanding experience with Forward Air Cargo Service and Clearance LLC and can confidently recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable international cargo company. They handled my family’s door-to-airport shipment of personal belongings with exceptional professionalism from start to finish. Communication was always prompt, clear, and well organized. Every document and piece of information I needed was provided quickly, making what could have been a stressful international move remarkably smooth. Their pricing was also the best I found after comparing several cargo companies, yet the quality of service exceeded my expectations. What impressed me most was how genuinely helpful and caring their team was. Throughout the entire process, they were polite, patient, and always willing to answer my questions. When customs had to remove a few items containing magnets from my shipment, I had already traveled to the destination country to receive the cargo. Without hesitation, their representative kindly arranged free delivery of those removed items to my friend in Dubai. That level of customer care and willingness to go the extra mile is rare and made a huge difference during an already stressful relocation. Everything was handled on time, exactly as promised, and with great attention to detail. Thank you to the entire team for your excellent service and support. I would gladly use your services again and highly recommend Forward Air Cargo Service and Clearance LLC to anyone looking for trustworthy, professional, and competitively priced cargo shipping.

This was my first time ever shipping boxes from one country to another, and I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the very first message, the team was incredibly helpful, responsive, and professional. Every question I had was answered straight away — within minutes — which instantly put me at ease. They guided me through the entire process with patience and kindness, making something that felt overwhelming at first feel simple and stress-free. Their communication was clear, their service was efficient, and their attitude was genuinely caring. A truly brilliant experience from start to finish. I would 100% recommend this courier company to anyone — especially if it’s your first time shipping internationally. Absolute 10 out of 10 service. Forever grateful
