I had an amazing experience at this physical therapy office! From my very first appointment, everyone was incredibly kind, welcoming, and genuinely took the time to get to know me as a person, not just as a patient. The entire team was invested in helping me recover and worked hard to make sure I got back to 100%. They not only helped me regain my strength and mobility, but also made sure I felt confident continuing my progress at home after graduating from therapy. I never felt rushed, and they were always encouraging, supportive, and willing to answer any questions I had. I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for a physical therapist. Brian and the ENTIRE team at a Foundation Physical Health - Herriman was nothing short of professional, gracious and supportive of my mom following total knee replacement surgery. They were attentive to her specific needs and tailored her PT plan as her physical abilities evolved. Not to mention we had a fun time every time we were in the office and got to know everyone thanks to their awesome personalities and welcoming environment. We will miss them and definitely be back when my mom decides to replace her other knee!

As a high school athlete with elite goals, Trevor and the staff at Foundation played a crucial role in my healing and recovery to assure that I would be ready for my coming junior season. Trevor’s knowledge and attention to detail made me feel seen, valued and reassured that I was receiving the best care. I was healed and back at 100% quicker than my primary care doctor’s timeline thanks to Trevor’s care plan. The PT aides, Kinley and Jacelynn were great to work with. Whitney at the front desk was friendly in supporting with scheduling, payments, and always welcoming. The entire team greeted me when I arrived and said goodbye to me when I left. High school athletes need a village to accomplish their goals and Foundation has been a huge asset to add to my village. If injuries arise in the future, I’ll be back at Foundation with a team of people I trust.
