Voted best alderman twice for a very good reason. Andre is always out in the community! He hosts numerous town halls and has an after hours office visits one day per week. He always puts out information to get input from the 40th ward. There is an informative weekly newsletter and local crime notifications are sent out promptly to inform residents. He’s doing so much to beautify 40th ward! I’m grateful! The staff are very informed and look up information when we call and are always helpful. Personal contact is why so many people love Andre. I’m chuckling at the one star ratings as those people are known to be right wing and don’t get along well with other people. They are what they accuse others of being.

I called the alderman office yesterday and for those who gave him one star they were very responsive professional cordial and I spoke to cat regarding the zoning issues with the new zoning she was extremely knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with. She's going to keep my lot on her list in case any potential developers are looking for land kudos and props to her and the alderman

One of the few politicians that actually has a pulse on the community he serves. I wish other Alderpersons would be in touch like he is. He goes above and beyond his responsibilities and his community alerts via email is the best way of keeping us informed without panic. He gets my vote... Keep up the good work!
