Great laundromat! Clean and easy to use, with plenty of machines available. The free detergent and softener are a really nice bonus. Everything was quick and convenient. Highly recommend! 👍

Excellent laundromat! Super clean, modern machines, and very easy to use. The place is bright, well-maintained, and always tidy. Great experience overall. Highly recommended!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I've been using Fresh Laundry Chatswood for quite a while now to wash all of my Airbnb linen and towels, and I couldn't recommend it more. Recently, the payment system went down due to an internet issue, and instead of turning everyone away, Rony (the owner) went above and beyond by giving free washing and drying to me and about four other customers. It was such a generous gesture, and he handled the situation with kindness, patience and genuine care. The laundromat itself is always spotless, with plenty of large-capacity washers and dryers that are perfect for bulky loads like bedding and towels. Everything is well maintained, and if there's ever an issue, there's always someone you can contact who responds quickly. Great customer service is hard to find these days, and Rony's willingness to put his customers first really stood out. It's businesses like this that deserve to be supported. I won't be going anywhere else!
