This place is great! It's clean, quiet, and no frills. We loved that the park is gated. Emily was always pleasant any time we needed to contact the office. The washer/dryer situation left a little to be desired, but it's no worse than anywhere else we stayed in the area and there is a laundromat
This place is a great place. My husband and I travel with his work. Not very often you come across a park like this one…It feels cozy, the spaces are wide enough to have your own privacy not on top of each other, 2 vehicles fit in front of your space. It has trees, a little swing set for your little ones, and it’s Gated with your own clicker ( big plus) Emily the owner, and Judy have been wonderful ladies to work with. I would recommend this place 100% so glad we picked this RV Park👍🏼
if you need a place to park and stay awhile in pearsall texas, this is the place to go! it’s gated so you feel safe, and mrs. emily, judy, and mr. ben are all super communicative with everything you need. the area is also super clean and they keep up with mowing the grass and raking the leaves for you to keep you area feeling like home!
