We received excellent service from start to finish. Professional and friendly advice from Amanda who kept us well informed throughout the whole process. Our son arrived so quickly the phlebotomist didn't make it to the hospital in time but he sent clear instructions for the midwives to follow until he arrived. Sunday was still able to get a successful blood sample even though he wasn't there for the birth. Every step was explained clearly and I felt completely at ease. A completely stress free process. We used Future Health to store stem cells for both of our children. We had a good experience from the beginning. Future Health was suggested by our hospital. We contacted them and agreed on a package. Then on the day of delivery, we called their expert assigned to the hospital. The rest was quite smooth, as the courier came and collected the box and we were informed for the developments after the birth. Recently passed first year anniversary and made our annual payment. So far everything is good.
