Don fixed my broken garage, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the quality of his work. My garage suddenly tilted and wouldn’t close around 8:30 p.m. I called Don around 9, and he answered immediately. I explained the situation, and he asked for photos, which I sent while we were still on the phone. He showed up first thing the next morning to assess the issue. From the start, Don was incredibly professional and easy to work with. He arrived on time, got straight to work, and took the time to explain the entire process and answer all my questions. He was also very respectful of my property, making sure everything was left in perfect condition after the job was done. Don was honest and transparent about what could be repaired and what might need to be replaced. He gave me all the available options. He completed the repair and ran several tests to make sure everything worked smoothly. Overall, I couldn’t be more pleased with the service Don provided. I came into contact with don on Facebook marketplace, and was skeptical before I saw the reviews, and let me tell you the reviews are true. Communication was on point and the service was top notch to the point I felt compelled to leave a tip. He came when he said he was, handled the job quickly and had great conversation. My garage had fallen completely off the tracks and I had to board it up juat to keep critters out, and he came an got it up in a few hours and its actually running better now than it was before, jo squeaking or stuttering. He stayed until it ran smoothly then coached me on how to keep it running smoothly. Hopefully I never have issues again but if so im definitely calling him, also passed his info to all my neighbors. He definitely was a blessing and prices were beyond reasonable.
Don was the best garage specialist I’ve ever encountered!! Not only was he able to quickly diagnose an issue that plagued my home for the better part of a year, but he was also the first technician that actually diagnosed the problem accurately! It’s nice to have a functional garage again and we will definitely be calling you for any future needs 👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾 Thanks!!!
