This company calls me multiple times a day, every day. I have asked to be taken off their list for WEEKS and each time they just hang up on me. I will be taking legal action at this point.

Horrible business experience!!! Aggregious COI requirements and payment terms....unwilling to negotiate on service agreement tried reaching out to contact a representative no response or answers services were rendered and haven't been paid as agreed upon. VENDORS BEWARE!!!

This management company took over a shopping center that I had been a tenant of for 15 years. When my lease came up for renewal they raised my rent 25% and were absolutely unwilling to come down on the rental rate. I was extremely disappointed in their lack of empathy. I would never rent space from them again. I never ever paid my rent late and was a very low maintenance tenant.
