I would like to sincerely appreciate the excellent service provided by WASA. Yesterday, I lodged a complaint regarding severely blocked gutters in our entire neighborhood. Like many people, I assumed I would simply receive a complaint number and have to wait days or even weeks for any action. However, I was pleasantly surprised. The very next morning, I received multiple follow-up calls from WASA representatives asking whether the issue had been resolved. When I informed them that it had not, they immediately investigated the matter further. They discovered that the blockage was much larger than initially reported and required specialized machinery rather than a single worker. What impressed me most was the speed of their response. Within minutes, a truck equipped with the necessary machinery arrived along with a large team of workers. They thoroughly cleared the blocked gutters throughout the area and ensured that everything was functioning properly before leaving. Throughout the entire process, WASA staff remained in constant contact with me through both calls and messages, providing updates and even sharing photographs of the completed work once the issue had been resolved. Not only did they solve the problem efficiently, but they also did not demand a single rupee for their service. The professionalism, responsiveness, transparency, and dedication shown by the entire team were truly commendable. A special thank you to the staff members who continuously followed up and ensured that the complaint was fully resolved and that residents were satisfied. Totally unethical staff especially Staff of Model town gujranwala Wasa team. Only work after taking bribe, even sometime after taking bribe they don’t work. After complaining a lot of time, I have given proper bill of water, got complain number, gave them a location where the real problem is but unfortunately they are doing their jobs properly, these are the people of Islamic republic of Pakistan and they are muslims, but not doing their jobs honestly and they taking their salaries from government timely and full.
